Members of a prominent family featured on TLC were recently involved in a tragic car accident. Three members have lost their lives due to the accident, with several others hospitalized. One member of the family confirmed what happened in a post on social media.
A Post From The Family Emphasized Finding Comfort In Their Faith During This Time
In a recent post on social media, news was shared that three members of a family featured on a TLC series were killed in a recent accident. It had been explained that they lost their lives in a car accident.
It was also revealed that a few other members of the family have been hospitalized due to the accident. The post continued to call on fans for their prayers, all the while finding comfort in faith.

The Putman family recently shared on Instagram that “Papa” Bill Putman, Neenee, and Aunt Megan were killed in the crash. A few other members of the family, “Uncle Blake, Lulu, Alena, Noah and Gia,” were also said to be hospitalized due to injuries from the crash. As noted by Radar Online, the post was shared by a member of the family, Isabelle.
The family was previously the subject of a series, Meet the Putmans, which aired on TLC in 2017. While initially short-lived, the show was later revamped as a YouTube series, Growing Up Putman. Through these shows, they’ve shared the story of a family of over 20 people living together.
The Post Concluded With A Biblical Passage & ‘With God’s Love, The Putmans’
As the statement continued, the Michigan family emphasized finding comfort in their faith during this time. The post continued, “My entire family — Papa, Neenee, Billy, Jen, Brandon, Kacie, Blake, Megan, Jamie, Blair, myself (Isabelle), Abby, Emma, Addison, Bella, Mercy, Gabby, Noah, Mya, Nova, Lulu, Alena, Gia, Jonah, Eli, Solomon, Uriah, Samson, Luke, and Anna — all proclaim that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. He is our hope, our peace, and our salvation. Even in this time of heartbreak, we rest in knowing that God is in control.”
The post continued, asking fans for their “continued prayers for Uncle Blake, Lulu, Alena, Noah and Gia as they recover. Prayers were also asked “for our whole family as we walk through this deep loss.”
As the post continued, the family also thanked fans for their prayers and messages. The post also quoted Romans 10:9, “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Signing off, the post ended with, “With God’s Love, The Putmans.”
