Survivor Stars Brad & Monica Culpepper’s Son Dead At 28
Brad and Monica Culpepper were already married when they joined Season 27 of Survivor. She came in second place that season after previously competing on Season 24. He returned for Season 34. Neither is competing on Season 50, which is currently airing on CBS.

The couple shares three children – Rex, Judge, and Honor. Multiple outlets reported that Rex Culpepper has died. The former college football player reportedly passed away after a dirt bike accident in Florida. He was previously diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2018.
Syracuse Football Pays Tribute
Rex Culpepper played on the Syracuse Orange’s football team from 2017 until 2020. He played 30 games during that time. His father, Brad Culpepper, is a former NFL defensive tackle. He played for nine seasons, many with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He retired in 2000. His son followed in his footsteps in college.

The Syracuse Orange released a statement confirming the death of Rex Culpepper. “Our Orange family mourns the loss of Rex Culpepper, who passed away this weekend at the age of 28. Rex lived his life with endless passion, having overcome cancer at the age of 20 while playing for the Orange,” the college wrote.
The post continued, “Appearing in 30 games, Rex played football as fierce as he lived life. Our hearts are with the Culpepper family & all those who loved him.”
Sadly, Rex Culpepper leaves behind more than just his parents and siblings. He just got engaged weeks before his death.

Rex Culpepper’s Fiance Mourns Heartbreaking Loss
Rex Culpepper was in a relationship with Savanna Morgan for six years before his death. The couple got engaged three weeks ago in North Carolina. He posted intimate photos of the engagement on social media. He popped the question during a horseback riding adventure with only their dog present.
They never made it down the aisle. His heartbroken fiance took to social media to share her grief over the massive loss. “No one expects to meet the love of your life and lose them in only 6 short years after meeting,” she began a lengthy post. She added, “Rex didnt always believe in soulmates but towards the end he told me that he didnt realize what having a soulmate felt like until we felt like extensions of each other.”
