Matt Roloff Recently Shared Photos Of Himself In Cabo San Lucas
Roloff and his family became known to audiences through the TLC reality series, Little People, Big World, which followed their daily lives near Portland, Oregon. Matt, his ex-wife Amy, and one of their four children, Zachary, have dwarfism. This show originally ran from 2006 to 2024.
Matt and Amy, who married in 1987, divorced in 2016. Since then, Amy married Chris Marek in August 2021. In 2024, Matt also announced his engagement to Caryn Chandler, who also worked as a manager for the family’s farm. However, Matt announced the end of this engagement in 2025.
Since then, fans have continued to follow Matt on social media, with many posts showing Matt enjoying his life even after the end of the engagement. In one recent post, Matt opened up about a recent trip south of the border, where he showed off quite a transformation.
In a recent post on Instagram, Matt shared, “I love the people, the food, the sunshine and the friends i make both old and new in Cabo San Lucas.” Throughout the post, Matt showed himself enjoying the sights, especially as the area was decorated in time for the holidays. As fans noted on social media, he appeared to be at The Office on the Beach, a local beachfront restaurant.

However, one photo really got fans talking. Matt was seen riding around in the sunny weather, right near a pool and a beach. Not wearing a shirt, he could be seen with toned abs.
Many fans were happy to see Matt looking like he’s healthy and in good spirits. As one fan noted, “Wow! [You’re] looking better than ever. A true tonic! Delighted to see this.”
