General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that love could lead to some big commitments in the coming months. Multiple characters could get rings this spring if their love stories keep moving in the right direction.
With that in mind, we should discuss some GH couples who might be headed into engagement territory soon.
Here are four potential marriage proposals that might be on the horizon.
1) Curtis asks Jordan to remarry him?
After Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) life-threatening car crash ordeal, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will be an emotional wreck.
Curtis will face a tough waiting game when it comes to Jordan’s condition and whether she’s going to be OK.
That could be a huge wake-up call for Curtis about how much he loves Jordan and wants to spend the rest of his life with her.
Curtis just might resolve to ask Jordan to remarry him and follow through with it once she opens her eyes.
2) Michael pops the question to Jacinda?
Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) has really fallen hard for Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) and is more than willing to defend her to any naysayers.
At some point, Michael may decide to prove he’s in this for the long haul by popping the question.
If Michael does propose to Jacinda, you can bet he’ll throw her for a loop.
Although Jacinda might have some reservations about taking a step that big with Michael, could he talk her into taking the leap with him?
3) Isaiah wants to wed before Portia’s baby comes?
As for Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), he’s been trying to convince Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) that he doesn’t need an “out” and isn’t going anywhere.
Isaiah doesn’t care that Portia’s having a baby with Curtis and remains totally committed to their future together.
We could imagine Isaiah providing some proof by offering an engagement ring.
Isaiah might even want to wed before the baby comes so he can lock in his stepdad status and show Portia that he’s all in.
4) Cody blurts out a marriage proposal to Molly?
Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) have been growing closer ever since he found out about her endometriosis diagnosis.
Molly was relieved when Cody insisted she was enough and that he didn’t need children to be happy.
Since Cody and Molly have already been discussing topics that affect their long-term future, they may move pretty fast from here.
Cody is an impulsive guy who loves hard, so he might blurt out a marriage proposal to Molly sooner rather than later.
That doesn’t necessarily mean Molly will accept!
Molly had a domestic partnership with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), so there’s no guarantee she wants marriage with Cody or anyone else.
Even so, Molly cares deeply for Cody and might be willing to become his wife down the road.
