General Hospital Wednesday, October 22 Update: Carly’s Disguise Shocker – Lois Cerullo Returns – Tracy Smells a Rat

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, October 22, reveals that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) seems poised to pull off a disguise shocker while Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) returns to Port Charles. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will also smell a rat, so let’s start with her suspicions about Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak).

It looks like Tracy will stay in Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) guest bedroom now that she’s been kicked out of the Quartermaine mansion.

Tracy will go on another Ronnie-related tirade and work to convince Lulu that Ronnie has a hidden agenda.

At Bobbie’s, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will apologize for how everything went down, but Ronnie will shrug off the party disaster and argue that she more than got back at Tracy.

Giovanni Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will be working a shift when Brook Lynn and Ronnie dine there, so he’ll hear all the latest news.

Ronnie blames Tracy for slipping her a mickey and trying to humiliate her, so she threw her right off the Quartermaine property.

Once Gio has a chance to react to all that, he’ll team up with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).

Will Emma and Gio get back down to business when it comes to targeting Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) or form a plan that’ll affect the Quartermaine clan instead?

At Steinmauer, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will be thrown for a loop when a new visitor shows up.

GH fans know Carly recently ordered a fake identity, passport and a digital trail that can handle an extreme background check.

Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) no doubt came through for Carly, who’ll presumably don a dark wig and waltz in for this surprise Valentin meeting.

Carly wants to take Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) down – and so does Valentin.

That’s why it’ll be a good opportunity for Valentin and Carly to join forces, so he’ll give her some things to think about as they begin their alliance.

Back in Port Charles, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will land on the hot seat with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), who’ll try to figure out the link between Britt, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) last project.

However, Britt won’t think Anna has proof of anything, so she’ll deny any criminal activity and will try to keep the heat off Nathan, too.

It’s clear that Britt’s hiding some crucial facts regarding Nathan and what really happened to him, so Anna may become determined to figure out what’s under wraps.

As for Brennan, he’ll question Nathan and could potentially have a surveillance video of him before he wrecked his truck.

Brennan will push for honesty in case Nathan knows more than he’s letting on, but Nathan will insist he has no memory of where he’s been or what he’s been doing.

Although Brennan wants to find out more about Faison’s final project, Nathan won’t be any help in that department.

Brennan will also summon Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) on Wednesday’s episode, so we’ll see if he delivers another assignment or perhaps a warning regarding Carly.

Will Brennan and Josslyn compare notes about Carly’s weird behavior?

Will Brennan simply remind Josslyn about what’s at stake and stress the importance of leaving Carly in the dark on her WSB status?

Either way, Carly already knows the truth and will be going after revenge soon enough!

Finally, Lois will pay Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) a visit as she returns to Port Charles, so she’ll want to talk about Gio, Brook Lynn, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and any updates he’s got to offer.

General Hospital spoilers say Lois will hope she can continue on the road to reconciliation with Brook Lynn, so we’ll see if Sonny offers any tips.
