General Hospital Wednesday, March 4 Update: Mystery Spy Catches Nathan & Lulu – Josslyn Takes Action

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, March 4, indicate that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will get caught when they think no one else is around.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will also deliver a warning to Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) shows no fear.

For starters, Nathan will visit GH at some point since he’ll question Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) about their Delilah (Lily Cardone) discovery.

Delilah tried to downplay things and didn’t want the cops involved, but Nathan will investigate anyway.

It seems like Delilah is mixed up with some dangerous people who may have been responsible for her unconscious state and the premature labor she’s in now.

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will get Delilah to surgery as soon as possible and try to save her along with her baby through an emergency C-section.

Unfortunately, Delilah’s internal bleeding may make it impossible to help her in the end.

It seems likely that Delilah’s baby will be the only one who makes it out of that OR alive.

Of course, it’ll be tough on Britt to lose a patient if Delilah indeed doesn’t survive.

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Budig) will spot Britt struggling with her emotions later, so she may offer some comfort.

At Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) place, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will have to decide if he’ll say yes to moving in with her.

The pregnancy test is somewhat visible nearby, so will Curtis catch a glimpse of it or be too distracted by the move-in offer to notice?

Once Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) quizzes Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) at the hospital, she may hear about Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) private meeting with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Josslyn may ask when this meeting happened and get Marco’s admission that it’s probably still going on now.

That could lead to Josslyn heading over to Carly’s house to wait so she can confront her mom in the aftermath.

In the meantime, Charlotte will pop by Carly’s attic and push Valentin for info on what happens next.

Valentin will promise he’s got a plan in the works, but he’ll warn Charlotte to show some patience and perhaps stop all these surprise visits.

Since Josslyn will apparently hear a noise and take action once she arrives, she’ll march up to Carly’s attic armed and ready for anything.

Even so, Josslyn may be floored once she enters the attic and potentially finds Valentin – either with or without Charlotte standing next to him.

While Josslyn’s busy making an attic discovery, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will find Carly and Sidwell with their heads together at Wyndemere.

Part of Ava may wonder if Carly is romantically interested in Sidwell, but he’ll make it clear that they’re scheming on a fancy meal.

Ava will find out about the dinner party that Sidwell wants to throw, so she may get on board with pitching in.

Carly will play up how epic this night’s going to be, but Ava may be suspicious of Carly’s motives.

Carly definitely has a secret agenda and will hide the fact that she just found Sidwell’s secret safe.

Meanwhile, someone mysterious will watch Nathan and Lulu during what they assume is a secret encounter.

There may be another stolen kiss as Lulu and Nathan prepare to tell Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) the truth about their romance soon.

There’s a chance Maxie may find out beforehand if she’s the mystery spy or someone watches them and reports the news to her.

It’s also possible Charlotte will return home and witness this cozy moment since she’ll share scenes with Lulu on Wednesday’s episode.

No matter how it all goes down, General Hospital spoilers say Lulu and Nathan will have more drama to contend with soon enough.
