General Hospital Tuesday, March 24 Update: Dante Makes Arrest, Britt’s Wake Up Shocker, Too Late for Marco

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, March 24, indicate that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will react to some awful news while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) makes an angry declaration.

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also regain consciousness and realize there’s even more trouble than she thought!

On Pier 55, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) may come running over after hearing a gunshot.

Of course, GH fans know Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) was the one who fired it, but Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will push Nathan to leave with Rocco immediately.

Nathan will be concerned about Britt, who just took a blow to the head and got knocked out by the container she fell into.

Jason will make sure Britt’s OK, but she’ll face some horror once she awakens and presumably learns Rocco shot Cullum.

At the law office, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will finally enter with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and see Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) bloody body.

Perhaps Alexis will try to stop the bleeding while she urges Danny to call for paramedics.

It may be too late to save Marco, but Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) might try anyway since they’ll take care of a new trauma patient at the hospital.

Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will also head back to GH, where he’ll apparently work on a patient in the OR.

Since Lucas surely wouldn’t be able to perform surgery on his own boyfriend, Cullum may become his patient instead.

Next, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will lash out at Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and insist “it’s not gonna happen.”

“Because you say so?” Carly asks angrily in Tuesday’s preview video.

While Carly and Valentin bicker, it seems Nathan will take Rocco home and fill Lulu in on what happened with Cullum.

Lulu will flip out, but Nathan will assure her that they can keep Rocco’s involvement under wraps.

Rocco and Lulu just have to do exactly what Nathan says if they want Rocco to stay in the clear.

As for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he’ll hand down an ultimatum on Tuesday’s show.

That may pave the way for the arrest Dante’s about to make, but who will officially end up in police custody?

Will it be Jason, Valentin or someone else?
