General Hospital Thursday, September 11 Update: Britt’s Return Stuns PC – Dante Wants Real Michael Story
General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, September 11, reveals that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will stun Port Charles while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) pushes Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) for the real story. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will also deliver a surprise pitch, so here’s what viewers can expect.
At GH, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) may warn Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is suspicious of her.
Liz has vowed to tell the police what she overheard if they ask, so she could spill that Carly threatened Drew’s life.
Lucas will have some questions about that threat, but Carly may insist she wasn’t serious.
Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) is also serving as Carly’s alibi, so she may feel confident that she’s in the clear.
Of course, the same can’t be said for Michael since Drew is throwing suspicion toward him.
That’s why Michael is latching onto Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) as his alibi, but Dante will be skeptical.
Dante will confront Michael about his claims of being with Jacinda the night of the shooting and demand answers.
Since Dante knows Michael pretty well, he’ll have a hunch that he’s not getting the real story.
Michael really did run into Jacinda at the Port Charles Grill, where he bought her a drink.
The problem is that Michael didn’t stay with Jacinda all that long – and he’s not telling the cops about his drive over to Drew’s house either.
Nevertheless, Michael may assure Dante that he’s telling the whole truth, even if Dante remains doubtful about that.
Back at the hospital, Drew will make a bold declaration about Michael’s imminent downfall. After Drew predicts Michael will be arrested if he hasn’t been already, he’ll assure Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) that they’re going to get her kids back.
Carly will also hear Drew rant about Michael going to the slammer, so she’ll be rattled for her son’s sake – even if she tries to hide it!
Next, Nina will decide to take Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) up on his offer.
Since Nina and Willow may have some trouble ahead due to the Drew case, it’ll be good to have someone with WSB connections in their corner.
However, Nina has to do what Brennan wants before she can reap the benefits.
That’s why Nina will surprise Lulu Spencer (Laura Wright) at home and try to manipulate her into letting Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) see Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Lulu may wonder why she should listen to Nina, but Nina will offer up some decent reasons.
Nina will push Lulu to take charge and make all this work in her favor somehow, so Lulu may relent on the Steinmauer visit in the end.
On the jet back to Port Charles, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will give Britt a safe space to open up.
Britt hasn’t admitted how she survived or who she’s been working for, so Jason will gently encourage her to confess.
Britt will have some trust issues to work through, so she won’t give Jason all the information he’s after right now.
Once the plane lands, Britt will make her official return to PC and shake things up.
Jason will help Britt navigate her comeback, but he won’t be able to stop the backlash that’s brewing.
Naturally, people will have to get over the shock of seeing Britt before they do anything else.
It appears Dante may be one of the first people to spot Britt since he’ll indeed face a shocker on Thursday’s show.
General Hospital spoilers say Britt’s return news will bring plenty of questions and concerns, so stay tuned for updates on all the mayhem.
