General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Port Charles is in the midst of mayhem and mystery. Two of Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) kids are back from the dead, with a third suspected to possibly be up to no good.

Is Peter August Alive?
Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) are both desperate to learn more about evil Faison’s final project. There are many strands taking place in this convoluted front burner plot.
This includes Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) currently (but not for long) in Steinmauer. Additionally, Britt Westbourne doesn’t trust Nathan and this has fans wondering if the latter is really Cesar.
Who Is Nathan West Today?
Nathan’s situation is different from Britt’s in that he has no clue what he’s been doing for the last seven years, since Cesar shot him dead. Interestingly enough, Nathan’s DNA checks out even though Britt acts like he’s an imposter.
Britt has been working on a secret lab project since her supposed death, and the siblings’ mutual reappearance has raised eyebrows.

The million dollar question everyone in town wants answered is: what was Faison’s final dastardly deed? Does it have to do with his kids’ escape from the Grim Reaper?
You can see how their sudden appearance has some on edge. If Faison resurrected Britt and Nathan, is Peter lurking around, too?
What Happens Next in PC?
If Peter is alive, that would be problematic. Nathan was a cop and Britt is a doctor so they keep their messy lives within the lines. Peter is a different story.
Peter, aka Heinrich is an evil monster. If he is alive, no one, especially Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is safe. This is why Anna and Jack are desperate to learn more about Faison—who they are sure is dead.
