General Hospital Spoilers Week of September 22: Nathan Chaos, Monica’s Funeral Sendoff and Drew’s Scout Decision

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of September 22-26 reveal that some Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) chaos will erupt while Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) gets a funeral sendoff. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will also face a Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) decision, so let’s discuss what’s coming up on the ABC soap.

First, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) will get swept up in the moment with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) after he comes through for her in a big way.

Gio and Emma almost had a lip lock recently, but they’ll actually go all in this time and share their first kiss.

Next, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will throw herself into her new novel and hope to put her feelings for Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) out of her mind.

That plan won’t pan out since Cody will continue to inspire that cowboy character Molly can’t get out of her head!

On a more somber note, Monica’s funeral will get underway.

GH spoilers say Monica’s loved ones will mourn the loss as the show pays tribute to Leslie Charleson as well.

Monica’s sendoff will eventually pave the way for Erika Slezak to make her debut as a mystery character.

Plenty of buzz points to Slezak playing Monica’s long-lost sister and shaking up the Quartermaine clan due to that connection.

In the meantime, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will face some other family drama.

Monica’s demise will bring Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) back into the picture, so her return could finally lead to Brook Lynn patching things up with her.

Of course, Drew will have a decision to make regarding Scout and whether he’ll allow her to be around her banned loved ones for Monica’s funeral.

Over with Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), he’ll grow increasingly curious about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and all the things he’s desperate to know.

Rocco may not be able to wait any longer to seek Britt out – whether Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) like it or not!

As for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and S. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee), ignoring their feelings for each other may prove impossible.

Despite Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) order for them to leave their romance at the bungalow, Vaughn and Josslyn seem poised to sneak around for some sizzling back in Port Charles.

We should also talk about Nathan’s return since so many questions will follow an accident he’s tangled up in.

Lulu and other key players in PC will wonder how Nathan survived, what he’s endured and where he’s been hiding out.

Nathan will obviously be connected to the same project Britt and Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) have been working on, but is he the mystery boss or a pawn in this dangerous game?

Whatever the case, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will suspect Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) somehow had a hand in Britt and Nathan’s resurrections.

As Anna digs deep for the truth, she’ll put herself in grave danger.
