General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, March 11: Cody Panics Over Unconscious Molly – James’ Girlfriend Question

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, March 11, reveal that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will flip out now that Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) has collapsed at Charlie’s Pub.

James West (Gary James Fuller) will also put Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) on the spot with a pop quiz about his love life, so let’s talk about what’s ahead in Port Charles.

At GH, it looks like Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will fill Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) in on the news that Nathan and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) are dating.

Liz may ask how Dante feels about that and get confirmation that it’s complicated for him.

If any part of Dante feels like he wants to try again with Lulu, Elizabeth will suggest that now is the time.

Dante may admit he doesn’t want that, but he’ll be glad to commiserate with Liz.

Since part of Elizabeth will always love Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) despite the fact that they’ve moved on, she’ll understand Dante’s perspective.

Over with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she’ll put Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) through a grilling session.

Will Alexis have questions once she finds Sonny and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) with their heads together?

Regardless, Sonny will give Ric a chance to back out of their arrangement or whatever else he might be plotting, but Ric may prove his loyalty by staying on board.

As for ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor), she’ll act nonchalant when it comes to Sonny and their recent sizzling developments.

Justine will try to convince herself that she can put that night with Sonny behind her, but she may find herself tempted all over again soon.

In the meantime, Lulu will open up to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) about her feelings for Nathan and the drama that her new romance has stirred up with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).

As for James, he’ll hit the batting cages with Nathan and end up asking his dad an intriguing question.

“Don’t you want a girlfriend or something?” James asks Nathan in Wednesday’s preview video.

James might admit that even if Nathan isn’t getting back together with Maxie, he doesn’t mind if his dad wants someone special in his life.

That could be music to Nathan’s ears since he’s already kicking off a romance with Lulu, but he may leave James in the dark for now.

Across town, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) will think she’s just going to have to accept the fact that she’s going to fail.

Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will give Emma a pep talk, so we’ll see if this is about a test, a class or some other mission entirely.

At Charlie’s Pub, Cody will be in panic mode now that Molly’s collapsed.

Molly will be unconscious on the floor as Cody tries frantically to wake her up on Wednesday’s show.

Once Molly regains consciousness, she’ll assure Cody that she’s fine and perhaps argue that she doesn’t need a trip to the hospital.

It looks like Cody may insist on taking Molly to get checked out anyway.

Molly will eventually have to come clean about her endometriosis and the terrible flareup she’s having, but Cody will prove he’s a supportive boyfriend soon enough.

General Hospital spoilers say Molly will be relieved once she comes clean to Cody about her condition, so stay tuned to watch them work through this together.
