General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) may play a key role in helping a child enter the world. Chase and Brook Lynn are about to come to someone’s rescue, so let’s discuss what we know so far.

In the March 2 episode, Brook Lynn spotted something that gave her a shock and exclaimed over it.

Once the March 3 episode begins, Brook Lynn will realize there’s a body sprawled out nearby, so she’ll rush over along with Chase.

As for who this mysterious character will be, all signs point to someone new named Delilah.

SOD confirms that Lily Cardone will be portraying Delilah on Tuesday and that she’ll be part of some crucial scenes with several major characters.

Since this week’s promo involves a female being brought in the emergency room, Delilah will likely be the patient who arrives there thanks to Chase and Brook Lynn.

Of course, we have to consider why GH writers are having Brook Lynn and Chase find this random woman on a street somewhere. What’s the point of all this?

The logical explanation is that the show’s going to fast-track Chase and Brook Lynn’s adoption story.

Delilah could easily be pregnant and on the verge of childbirth, so this could tie in with Brook Lynn and Chase’s desire for a baby.

It’s possible Delilah will already be in labor when Brook Lynn and Chase find her, but that may not be the only reason for her distress.

Delilah might be mugged and left injured since we know Chase and Brook Lynn will relay some news to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) later.

Nathan may have a crime to investigate if someone attacked Delilah, so that’s worth keeping in mind.

There’s a chance Brook Lynn and Chase might deliver the baby themselves if Delilah regains consciousness long enough for that.

However, it’s also possible Delilah will have an emergency C-section at GH, where she won’t be breathing by the time she’s brought in.

Whatever the case, it makes sense that Delilah will indeed be pregnant and that she may not make it through this ordeal alive.

Chase and Brook Lynn might try to adopt Delilah’s baby if there’s no father in the picture and there are no other relatives to turn to.
