General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) could hit on Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), which could raise a bunch of red flags.
After all, as everyone celebrates the return of Dr. Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) prodigal son, fans can’t help but feel that something is off.
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) should’ve been over the moon to find out her brother was alive last week, but her facial expressions at the hospital seemed to tell a different story.
Add in the fact that Britt tried to keep James West (Gary James Fuller) from meeting his dad for the first time, and it seems as if the “Nathan” in the hospital bed isn’t truly Nathan West.
General Hospital viewers can’t seem to shake the idea that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) is still alive.
Especially since Britt received medication with a note signed from “C”, and this lab research project that Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddar) is spearheading at PCU, and what Britt was doing at 5 Poppies Resort, seems to have Cesar’s name written all over it.
Not to mention the stare-down between “Nathan” and Britt at the hospital was eerie.
There’s a good chance that Nathan is really Cesar, either via cloning, a brain transplant, or some other type of soap-magic storyline; however, it’ll be very hard for Anna and #TeamPCHero to figure this out unless Britt steps forward.
“C” likely has given Britt some sort of important reason to keep hush-hush about things, either by blackmail, threatening someone else’s life, or withholding medication, so there may be other ways that the proverbial beans will be spilled.
General Hospital spoilers remind fans that Cesar was obsessed with Anna his entire life.
The woman was his kryptonite, and he was not only madly in love with her, but he was also very attracted to Anna.
Cesar couldn’t resist an opportunity to be alone with her, which is why he kidnapped her so many times in their younger years.
She’s also the reason he got “caught” by authorities so many times.
Meanwhile, Nathan and Anna were merely friends, as everyone knows that the love of his life is Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms).
As such, imagine everyone’s surprise if “Nathan” hit on, or even flirted with, Anna. Perhaps he comments on how beautiful she is – something of that sort.
This would definitely be a slip-up on “Nathan’s” part and the first thing to cause alarm that the Nathan in that hospital bed was not the same Nathan, everyone adored, who passed away in 2018.
Then again, maybe “Nathan” drops a signature Cesar comment or mentions a memory of his past with Anna, which may completely horrify the PCPD commissioner.
Of course, depending on the comment “Nathan” makes to Anna, he could brush it off as a joke, or feel “off” from the crash and his condition.
Still, it would be enough to stir Anna’s Spidey senses that something doesn’t feel right.
General Hospital spoilers note that Nathan taking an interest in Anna off the friendship path would definitely be an added teaser that Cesar has somehow taken over his body, so it’ll be interesting to see what happens next in this storyline.
