General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of March 9-13 note that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will react once he learns about Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) budding romance with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).
While Lulu and Nathan will gear up to tell Dante about the feelings they’ve developed for each other, it looks like Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will get to him first.
The General Hospital promo for the week of March 9 opens with a scene where Lulu and Nathan are outside of Dante’s PCPD.
Lulu tells Nathan, “We need to tell Dante the truth.”
However, the two are shocked when they open the door and see that they are too late in this regard, as Maxie is with Dante, and both don’t have pleased looks on their faces.
In fact, a close-up is shown of Dante, who looks aggravated. With that said, will he be as upset as Maxie is?
Maxie did choose to be with Damien Spinelli (Brandford Anderson) right after she woke up from her coma.
Some fans may reason that her decision to stay with Spinelli may negate her reaction to her bestie pursuing a romance with Nathan.
However, it’s understandable as to why Maxie feels uncomfortable with the idea that her best friend is having an emotional affair with her thought-to-be-dead husband.
After all, Lulu and Nathan began spending time together while Maxie was still in her coma.
During the March 6 episode, when Lulu came clean to Maxie, Maxie was quick to question what Lulu would’ve done had she chosen Nathan, rather than Spinelli.
With that said, Dante and Lulu are in a very different spot.
Sure, Nathan is still one of Dante’s closest friends, but years have passed since Nathan’s so-called passing, and a lot has happened between Dante and Lulu since then.
One important factor to consider is that Dante and Lulu did not reunite upon her coma-awakening, and it’s been well over a year since Lulu came back.
Not to mention that while Lulu was going to reveal her feelings for Dante in 2020, before she fell into said coma, the two had been broken up for a long time leading up to the coma, too.
While the GH promo shows an upset Dante, these videos love to swerve fans, so there’s a very good chance that Dante gives Lulu and Nathan his blessing and moves on.
After all, something steamy seems to be brewing between him and Elizabeth “Liz” Webber (Rebecca Herbst), so he may be more preoccupied with his love life to care about what his ex-wife and baby momma are doing.
Still, what if it does rub Dante the wrong way? Will he and Maxie stay firm in shutting both Lulu and Nathan out of their lives?
This would be hard for them both to do, as Maxie and Nathan share a child together, as well as Lulu and Dante.
That doesn’t mean they can’t keep their interaction to a minimum.
General Hospital spoilers hint that the drama will explode during the week of March 9, with Lulu and Nathan’s romance hitting center stage, while Maxie and possibly Dante loom in the shadows to judge both of them.
