General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Scout Cain’s (Cosette Abinante) ringtone curveball could be brewing. Was that the culprit’s phone ringing and NOT Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison)?

Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) recently recapped everything that happened the night Drew got shot.

In GH’s October 13 episode, Trina and Kai recalled hearing Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star, which is the ringtone Drew set for Scout.

Kai and Trina realized that when Scout called Drew, she might’ve saved his life by spooking the shooter into fleeing.

However, there could be a twist looming that Trina and Kai didn’t anticipate.

Drew may not be the only one who had that ringtone set for Scout, who clearly likes that song.

It’s certainly possible other people in Scout’s life used the same ringtone for her, so that’s something to keep in mind.

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) might be an option here if she also set Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star to play whenever Scout called.

It’d be easy enough for the writers to come up with an excuse for Scout to reach out to Willow – like trying to patch things up between Drew and her almost stepmom.

Then again, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is another possibility to consider. Alexis could have Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star set as Scout’s ringtone on her own phone, so it might get Trina and Kai’s attention if they hear her answer Scout’s call sooner or later.

Of course, Kai and Trina can’t spill anything without revealing they were at Drew’s house that night, so they probably wouldn’t come forward willingly.

That said, Trina and Kai might be willing to blab if one or both of them get backed into an incriminating corner down the road.

Bottom line, there’s some wiggle room when it comes to the phone call that came in while Drew was wounded on the floor.

Scout’s ringtone seems like a crucial part of this mystery, so it could lead to some shocking news if it was actually the culprit’s phone ringing instead of Drew’s.

It could strengthen the case against Willow, point to Alexis or even raise suspicion about someone else connected to Scout.
