Unfortunately, There Is Little To No Chance Kelly Monaco Will Return As Sam
Unfortunately, the recent developments essentially encapsulate Sam’s return; if the writers choose to reintroduce Sam, it’s unlikely that Monaco will reprise the role.
She was dismissed from the series and the way Sam’s demise was utilized to elevate the new Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), it would be quite unexpected for Monaco to come back. Neither ABC nor Monaco has provided any statements regarding the chance of Sam’s return to Port Charles.
Currently, General Hospital is concentrating on Britt’s resurrection, so another storyline involving a return from the dead probably won’t occur until next year.
