General Hospital Next 3 Weeks: Jason’s Exit Ramp, Sonny’s Confession, Dante’s Date and Rocco’s Trouble

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next three weeks, March 2 to March 20, reveal that the drama’s about to heat up in Port Charles. Many PC residents will face dilemmas and scary ordeals, so here’s what fans will see in the coming episodes.

The week of March 2-6 will bring an opportunity for Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup).

It looks like Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) may offer to let Kai work for her now that she’s filled Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) Congress seat.

Since Kai is aware of what Willow’s capable of, he may decide staying in her inner circle and monitoring her is the best thing he could do.

As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll have a confession to make.

That could involve Sonny’s growing bond with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and the fact that it’s nice to be acting more like brothers than enemies.

Then again, maybe Sonny will spill to someone else about his feelings when it comes to the complicated situation with ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor).

During Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) next trip to Wyndemere, she may realize how to enter the passageway that’ll lead to the catacombs.

Of course, getting down there without Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) or Pascal (Marc Forget) noticing may not be an easy task.

Carly may have to wait on her search, but she’ll at least have a chance to overhear some things while she’s on the property.

Since Carly’s about to face a major shocker, could she eavesdrop on an enlightening discussion between Sidwell and Pascal or even Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes)?

Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) won’t have any luck getting his hands on a medicine vial for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), so she’ll grow frustrated and vent to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) later.

Meanwhile, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will be spotted during a romantic encounter.

If Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is the one who witnesses this interaction, she may come clean to Lulu soon enough.

Whatever the case, Maxie’s going to make her stance known and may basically give Lulu permission to move on with Nathan.

As for angry Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), he may corner Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) again and push her to grill Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) again.

Brennan will be eager to track down fugitive Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and may continue to view Charlotte as his best chance at scoring information.

During the week of March 9-13, Nina might meet with Charlotte and face her fury.

Charlotte overheard Nina and Brennan’s previous confrontation, so she may lash out at Nina for being a traitor.

Over with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he just might surprise Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) with a date request.

Dante seems like he’s got a crush at this point, so we’ll see if Liz is willing to give him a chance romantically.

Next, Willow will have to balance her new Congresswoman duties with Sidwell’s demands, Drew’s injections and time with her children.

It’s safe to say Willow will have way too much on her plate!

The week of March 16-20 may bring some troubling Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) developments.

Rocco’s going to be instrumental in the exit of one GH character, so could he inadvertently spill something about Valentin’s hideout and send him on the run?

Considering how much focus there’s been on Charlotte’s trust in Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), she may accuse him of leaking something when he’s not actually to blame.

However, we know Jason’s exit is coming up, so it’s possible some Rocco drama will set the stage for that instead.

Regardless, Jason’s departure will need some buildup, so there’ll be some wild twists and turns ahead of it.

The show will start creating an exit ramp that’ll result in Jason departing the canvas and leaving a heartbroken Britt behind.

General Hospital spoilers say the next three weeks will deliver some exciting scenes and unraveling mysteries, so stay tuned.
