General Hospital Friday, September 12 Update: Jason’s Secret from Carly – Sonny’s Ghost Help – Liesl Grills Britt

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, September 12, reveals that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will keep a secret from Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gets some help from a “ghost.” Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will also grill Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), so here’s what GH fans will see next.

At the PCPD, Jason will trade information with Carly and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

Now that Jason has brought Britt home, he may admit that and get updates on the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shooting drama, too.

However, Jason will leave Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) out of the story when he tells Carly about his Croatia trip.

Since Jason hasn’t decided how he’s going to handle that yet, he’ll want to have a private discussion with Anna first.

Jason will assume that Anna knew about Josslyn’s WSB involvement and didn’t fill him in.

Anna will confirm she did, but she’ll try to justify her actions and point out that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) put her in a tight spot.

Brennan recruited Josslyn and created this whole situation, so Anna will put the blame on him in Friday’s GH episode.

Now that Jason’s aware of Josslyn’s secret agent status, Anna will wonder what his next move is going to be.

Will Jason expose Josslyn’s dangerous career move to Carly and let her know Brennan set this in motion?

Jason will mull over that huge decision while Josslyn and S. Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) find themselves on edge over an ambush in the bedroom.

Vaughn and Josslyn will point their weapons at someone who catches them off guard while they’re under the sheets.

There’s a good chance that’ll just be Brennan since he’ll put Josslyn and Vaughn through a grilling session on Friday’s show.

Speaking of grilling sessions, look for Britt to face multiple interrogations now that she’s returned from the grave!

The shockwaves will continue in the aftermath of Britt’s surprise hospital appearance.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will offer a warm embrace and concentrate on how happy she is to see Britt alive.

Britt will wish everyone else would follow Nina’s lead, but it won’t be that simple for her old enemies.

Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will have even more issues with Britt since she faked her demise.

Dante and Lulu know how curious Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) has been about Britt, so they’ll worry about how her return is going to affect him.

It won’t be long until Rocco gets the news of Britt’s survival, so he’ll definitely be caught off guard and pleased over the chance to interact with her.

Once Obrecht comes too after fainting, she’ll have questions of her own.

Liesl will be on an emotional rollercoaster due to shock, anger, the pain of betrayal and more, but her relief and joy should win out in the end.

Over with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), she may have a feeling that Britt’s return will bring Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) back around.

Brad surely won’t be able to resist reuniting with his bestie, so Liz may warn Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) that his ex could be a problem again.

Meanwhile, Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) will share a secret with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner), so he might admit he’s glad Josslyn quit and paved the way for Emma to step up as his research assistant.

Professor Dalton may confess that Emma is a better fit and flirt with her like she’s been hoping.

Emma has been putting her seduction efforts to good use since she wants to get closer to Dalton and ultimately get inside his lab.

Across town, Sonny will quiz Carly about her reason for meeting with Anna. Will Carly admit she told the police commissioner about threatening to kill Drew?

Sonny may think that was a blunder on Carly’s part, but Carly might insist it was better to get ahead of the situation.

Carly’s bigger concern will be for Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) since Drew wants him arrested, so Sonny may promise they’ll protect him.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Stephen A. Smith will return as Brick on Friday’s episode.

Brick will talk about how he likes to “move like a ghost,” so he’ll apparently get something done in stealth mode for Sonny.

There’ll be some grand plan that Sonny’s working on, so we’ll see if it involves his attempt to uncover more Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) intel.
