General Hospital (GH) star Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) just returned from his honeymoon, and now he’s back into his normal routines. He made an astonishing claim on social media: he said that he can tell you your future. How is that even possible? Read on to find out.
Telling The Future
One might think that Burton should have been able to predict his own future if he were such a seer. After all, his first marriage crashed and burned. However, he’s not looking into a crystal ball. Rather, he believes he can tell the future of someone in another way.
On Friday, Burton took to his Instagram account and got back into sharing motivational thoughts. Fans love that, and he’s become very popular because of it. The GH star shared a caption, and he also spoke in his reel.
The bit about the future came in his reel. The real-life Jason Morgan, who recently married Michelle Stafford, said, in part, “I tell my son, ‘show me your habits and I’ll tell you your future.’” He added, “If you show me your habits, I’ll see where you’ll be in five years.”
More About Habits
In his caption, Steve Burton explained more about what he tried to get across to his followers. In part, he said:
Do my actions, thoughts, and behavior align with who I want to be?…Think about that. Because people a lot of times are like, oh, I need to find myself. But really, it’s about creating the best version of you possible. And how do we create ourself? We look at our actions. We look at our thoughts. We look at our behaviors…
If you set up some new habits, you get to create who you want to be.
Do you get the link between the future and our habits? After all, the ABC star is probably correct when he mentions how destructive bad habits can be. They can affect the way we behave, which then affects our ambition to be the best person. And if we are not the best person, then our futures don’t seem all that great.
