General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of September 8, 2025. It shows the Port Charles police department trying to zero in on their top five suspects in Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting. Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) is in grave danger.

Anna Devane’s Investigation
Let’s start off from the top. The preview clip begins with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) discussing Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). Nearly everyone in PC is a suspect right now. However, the police need to focus on their top picks.
They end up narrowing it down to five main suspects.
Five Shooting Suspects
Those suspects are named by the detectives and police commissioner. At the top of this list is Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). In fact, Anna and Dante stop by to ask Michael some questions about the night that Drew was shot.
Good thing Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy) is already planning on protecting Michael, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright)!
Then, the other suspects include Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). After that, the detectives chime in that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) are suspects as well.
If the police come back to question Alexis, they could get a search warrant and that would complicate the lawyer’s situation. Remember, Drew’s shooting is at the forefront, but Alexis is also holding Ric Lansing (Ric Lansing) hostage! The longer that this goes on, the more chances Ric has of being found.
Lulu Spencer’s Shock

That could explain Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) shocking everyone by returning to town alive. However, there is also a man’s voice that yells for everyone to get down. Then, a set of glasses break. It seems like someone starts shooting.
Is it possible that the trouble from Croatia could follow Britt, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), Vaughn (Bryce Durfee), and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) back home? Could someone unexpectedly end up saving the day, or could PC lose another character?
