General Hospital Spoilers Week of September 8: Drew Arrest Drama Erupts – Josslyn & Vaughn’s Rescue
General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of September 8-12 reveal that some arrest drama may erupt as the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) mystery deepens. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Vaughn’s (Bryce Durfee) rescue is also on the way, so there’ll be some exciting twists and turns.
Now that someone’s fired multiple bullets at Drew, everybody wants to know the same thing: Which one of Drew’s enemies pulled the trigger?
GH writers won’t be in a hurry to answer that question since whodunits like this one tend to take months to play out.
Speculating about different suspects and ultimately ruling certain characters out is all part of the fun!
Of course, the PCPD is bound to make some blunders in the investigation, so there’s a good chance there’ll be some wrong culprits arrested.
The first person to end up in handcuffs surely won’t be the real shooter, so the actual culprit may feel a little guilty as they hide their own involvement.
Regardless, some arrest drama should be ahead as the show starts pointing fingers and putting blame on the wrong people.
The true shooter presumably won’t be revealed for quite some time, but there’ll be tons of clues to mull over as the mystery moves along.
Since Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will fret over the possibility of one of her parents going after Drew, she may confront Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) at some point to demand answers.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will also find herself committed to keeping Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) free and protecting her chance to get her kids back.
If that means taking the fall when Willow looks guilty, that’s something Nina would be willing to do.
Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will have a lot to navigate in the aftermath of Drew’s shooting as well, so a family meeting may be looming.
In the meantime, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will do whatever they can to figure out the truth – even if the three of them perhaps believe Drew had it coming!
Since it looks like Drew may survive his ordeal, he could become a coma patient for a bit.
If Drew does pull through, he can eventually wake up and face the cops questions about what happened that night.
At the Five Poppies Resort, things are about to spiral out of control.
Vaughn and Josslyn will worry they’re not going to make it home alive, but a hero could emerge and save the day.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) may come running following Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) burner cell phone call and stunning news.
If Jason is the one to rescue Josslyn and Vaughn, he’s going to have tons of questions and complaints when it comes to Josslyn joining the WSB.
Will Jason force Josslyn to come clean to Carly? Will Josslyn beg for Jason’s silence instead?
Finally, the show will keep setting the stage for Ryan Paevey’s (ex-Nathan West) on-screen return.
Nathan – or at least someone who looks like him – might even be the mystery boss at the center of Britt’s storyline.
There’s room for all sorts of surprises if Nathan is a brainwashing victim or an imposter, so don’t miss all the shockers and shakeups to come.
