General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that fans are asking if Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) deserves Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) time. Is this Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) wake-up call enough?
In the July 28 episode, Willow finally delivered the epic Drew downfall that so many viewers have been waiting for.
It was nice to see Drew suffer as Willow blew up the wedding and refused to tie the knot.
Now Willow understands that Drew is bad news and that he’s been manipulating her all along.
Willow was livid over the passionate encounters that Drew was having with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) in the early days of their “love” story.
Of course, Willow ultimately realized Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) was right about Wiley, who overheard Drew acting like Michael didn’t want him anymore.
That added to Willow’s fury, so it’s great that her eyes have finally been opened to who Drew truly is.
However, Willow doesn’t seem to be accepting much responsibility for her own actions at this point.
Although Willow blamed Nina and then Drew for causing her to lose her kids, she’s earned plenty of blame as well.
Some GH fans feel like Willow’s wake-up call is just too little, too late!
It’s tough to feel sorry for Willow under the circumstances since she ignored so many red flags about Drew and their romance.
Willow was also willing to let Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) get blackmailed into making Michael look like a drug addict.
The fact that Willow was ready to go along with that says a lot about her own character.
Plus, we can’t forget that Willow is the one who was stalking Daisy Gilmore (Brenden and Evelyn Beimford) and terrifying Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) in the process.
Willow is the reason Sasha left town with Daisy, so she cost Michael his youngest child.
In other words, it’s not like Willow is some innocent bystander in all this.
Like Drew, Willow has done horrible, manipulative things that she’s been keeping under wraps.
With all that in mind, does Willow deserve custody rights back or even visitation of Wiley and Amelia?
Is Willow’s wake-up call enough or should she keep forced to keep away from her children?
