General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the stress of everything Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) dealing with may become too much for him.
Rocco’s struggling with guilt and worried about getting caught, but he also keeps making mistakes that could get him in more trouble.
It’s a horrible idea for Rocco to be anywhere near Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) hospital room, but he’s been drawn to it anyway.
That’s why Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) flew off the handle and tried to get it through Rocco’s thick skull that his life is in danger.
Rocco knows he’s stressing Britt out and may soon realize he’s the reason for conflict between Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), too.
It’s easy to imagine Rocco overhearing another fight where “Nathan” doubles down on his belief that Rocco needs to leave town.
Lulu doesn’t like the fact that “Nathan” is treating Rocco like a burden, but that’s what Rocco may feel he’s become.
Rocco also feels horrible for what Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) is going through, so how much can one teen take?
Could Rocco decide “Nathan” is right about him needing to go away and take the decision out of Lulu’s hands?
This could become a runaway Rocco situation where he disappears and leaves Lulu in panic mode.
Rocco could once again make things worse by vanishing and leaving Lulu in a tight spot along with “Nathan.”
If Lulu has to report Rocco missing, that could draw way too much attention and unwanted questions about why he ran.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) would certainly suspect Lulu’s not giving him the whole story and could demand some real answers.
Of course, Cullum might hear about Rocco bolting too and could eventually have questions of his own.
If Rocco makes the impulsive decision to run, he may create more problems than he bargained for.
Regardless, GH fans know Rocco hasn’t been making good choices in the shooting aftermath.
