General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of March 30-April 3 reveal that fans will see some mourners along with several characters in tight spots. The aftermath of a major GH exit is also on the way, so let’s discuss what’s in store on the ABC soap.
For starters, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) will feel like he’s living his worst nightmare.
Now that Rocco has shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), he’s involved in a cover-up that’ll make life difficult for him.
Rocco isn’t someone who lies very well, so it’ll be hard for him to deceive Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) along with so many other people who expect him to be fine.
This may lead to some close calls that leave Dante suspicious along the way.
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will grow closer to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) since he’s helping cover for Rocco too, but he’ll be risking his job and what’s left of his friendship with Dante.
Whether Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) comes clean to Britt or Rocco does it instead, she’s bound to learn the real story of what went down on Pier 55.
Rocco and Britt could develop even more of a bond since they’d tangled up in this crisis together.
Both Britt and Rocco will feel the weight of Jason’s sacrifice since it looks like his official exit may involve going to prison to protect Rocco.
In the aftermath of Jason’s departure, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) is sure to be devastated.
Of course, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and anyone else who cared about Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) will have to face an awful reality.
It looks like Marco’s demise will pave the way for his funeral and some vengeful promises.
Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) got a memorial service, so Marco will surely get some form of one as well.
Whether it happens on-screen or not, Marco’s loved ones will need a way to process their grief during this difficult time.
However, it won’t be all doom and gloom in PC.
There could be a good dose of happiness too if Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are approved to be Baby Phoebe’s foster parents.
Meanwhile, the show will have to circle back around to some Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) issues eventually.
Willow may have a tough time navigating stepmom duty with Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) living under her roof again.
Will Scout get too curious about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and the medication that Willow’s giving him?
That’s an option to keep in mind as this storyline moves along.
Until then, Sidwell will inevitably have more demands for Willow and may back her into some new corners she doesn’t want to be in.
General Hospital spoilers suggest there’ll be some alarming news for Willow as her Sidwell alliance becomes increasingly problematic!
