General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that the show may not be done with Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) just yet. Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) shot Cullum in a soapy moment that got fans buzzing, but Cullum may soon land at GH in a fight for his life.
On Pier 55, Rocco did the only thing he could when Cullum gained the upper hand on Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
After Rocco grabbed Cullum’s dropped gun, he used it to send a bullet straight into Cullum’s back.
However, this doesn’t seem like the end of the road for Cullum. Jason may not be able to finish Cullum off like he wants based on a huge clue in the March 24 preview video.
In the early snippet, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) can be seen wearing a surgical mask.
The doc looks calm and determined as he tells his medical team that “he’s not dying on our watch.”
Of course, Lucas would be far more distraught if the patient were Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).
It wouldn’t make sense for the hospital to allow Lucas to operate on his own boyfriend anyway.
With that in mind, there’s a good chance Lucas will be operating on Cullum instead.
Lucas may be the reason Cullum lives, but he won’t realize Cullum just left Marco for dead in Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) office.
In fact, Lucas may make sure Cullum survives his surgery without even knowing Marco’s been injured.
Once Cullum is out of the woods, that’s when Lucas may get some truly crushing news about Marco.
General Hospital spoilers point to Liz delivering some devastating info in the March 25 episode, so it sounds like she’ll admit Marco was stabbed and didn’t make it.
Even if Alexis and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) call for an ambulance, Marco doesn’t seem like he’s going to last much longer.
Lucas will have to grieve the loss, but will he suspect Cullum is to blame or get thrown off the trail by this whole bullet wound situation?
Regardless, the truth is bound to come out sooner or later, so Lucas may want revenge – especially when he realizes he saved Marco’s killer from a fatal outcome!
