General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) may move on from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) soon based on some behind-the-scenes clues.
Jason’s hiatus from the show could pave the way for Britt to get together with someone else.
According to GH insider reports, the show’s apparently casting some hot new guys who’ll shake up the canvas.
There’s no confirmation on how many or who they’ll be playing, but insiders suggest that one of these hunks will be for Britt.
That could mean Britt will fall for someone else while Jason’s out of the picture.
Jason’s plan to skip off to Canada and hide out with Britt obviously won’t go as expected, so that’s important to keep in mind.
Britt may find herself feeling rather bitter about love after Jason’s exit, but maybe someone new could capture her heart and pick up the pieces.
If Steve Burton returns this summer like he keeps saying he will, then Jason might have some competition waiting for him.
Perhaps this could turn into a love triangle where Jason has to win Britt back from some other man.
Then again, this could send Jason down a new romantic path of his own, especially if Britt and her fresh pairing are a hit with fans.
Jason and Britt have arguably lost their luster at this point.
Whatever magic Britt and Jason had before appears to be gone, so the show might be ready to try something different.
By bringing some new hunks to Port Charles, this could lead to some love life resets and offer some intriguing options.
Britt could get a new love interest if all goes well and some other key players on canvas could gain romantic possibilities, too.
As for Jason, there’s always a chance he could be paired up with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) again down the road.
If Sam McCall ever returns played by Kelly Monaco or in recast form, then a Jason and Sam reunion would be an even better way to go.
Regardless, Britt may be moving on from Jason in the not-too-distant future if this insider casting shocker is proven right!
