General Hospital Spoilers: Cullum Eliminates Marco for Betrayal

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that WSB double agent Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) could eliminate Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) during the week of March 16-20, as Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) son is caught in the act of betrayal.

This week, Marco will continue his efforts to try to snag Dr. Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) medication.

As Britt and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) plan to leave Port Charles, the only thing that is stopping them from doing so is the fact that Britt needs her Huntington’s disease meds to keep her condition symptoms at bay.

In fact, at this point, this is the only reason she’s working with Cullum and Sidwell on her father, Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project.

Marco promised to help Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) in this effort to #FreeBritt, as Lucas plans to replicate the medication to release the woman from Sidwell and Cullum’s grips.

With that said, it feels as if every time Marco attempts to check the safe for Britt’s medication, he gets stopped.

During the week of March 16-20, he’ll not only get caught in the safe, searching for Britt’s medication vials, but he’ll get called out by Cullum.

General Hospital Spoilers: Cullum Eliminates Marco for Betrayal

Many have talked about just how dangerous Cullum is, and if he’s anything like Sidwell, Marco should be worried.

After all, all arrows point to Cullum as the one who firebombed Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) penthouse, which left Michael fighting for his life.

If Sidwell was onto Marco’s plan, he might be a bit gentler on his son (even though Sidwell, too is a menace that doesn’t put up with betrayal).

However, Cullum catching Marco with his hands in the cookie jar could mean the end of Marco as fans know it.

It’s interesting because a lot of fans can feel as if Marco is on his way out.

General Hospital Spoilers: Cullum Eliminates Marco for Betrayal

After all, in the fall of 2025, General Hospital released new cast portraits, and of all the newbies that had started (or returned) to the show, three characters were missing: PCU Professor, Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard), S. Vaughn (Bryce Durphee), and Marco.

Dalton was shot by Sidwell in November 2025, exiting the canvas, while Vaughn officially left the show in January 2026.

So, are Marco’s days numbered? All arrows are pointing toward this! Cullum isn’t stupid, and he may see Lucas and Marco’s plan from a mile away.

After all, Sidwell knows that Lucas knows more about the cold fusion project than he should because of Pascal (Marc Forget).

Who’s to say someone didn’t bring Cullum into the loop, off-screen?

General Hospital spoilers suggest that if Cullum believes that Marco is planning something suspicious, he’ll grab the bull by the horns and eliminate the problem, even if it means hurting Sidwell.
