General Hospital Thursday, March 12 Update: Carly Gets a Shock – Lulu’s Final Nathan Decision – Cody Quizzes Dante

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, March 12, indicate that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will react to some stunning news while Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) faces a difficult choice regarding Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).

Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will also have a crucial question for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), so there’ll be a lot happening in Port Charles.

Once Lulu surprises Carly with her feelings for Nathan, she’ll admit Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) didn’t have a great reaction.

Now Lulu’s worried about losing her friend, but Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) doesn’t think that should stop her from going after what she wants.

Carly will quiz Lulu about whether she’s going to take Tracy’s advice or pump the brakes with Nathan.

Lulu will wonder what Carly thinks about all this, but Carly may insist only Lulu knows what’s right for her.

In a perfect world, Lulu would have a romance with Nathan and Maxie would learn to accept it.

Carly may suggest that could still happen someday and give Lulu some hope if she chooses to move forward with Nathan.

While Lulu faces this final Nathan decision, Maxie will be busy cornering her former flame for some answers.

After Nathan crashed his vehicle and woke up in the hospital, he immediately started asking for Maxie and assumed they were still a couple.

It was like no time had passed for Nathan when it had really been seven years.

That’s why Nathan’s actions during Maxie’s six-month coma won’t make sense to her.

How could Nathan fall for Maxie’s BFF in that amount of time when he claimed to think Maxie was still his wife?

Nathan may admit his feelings for Lulu caught him off guard.

Lulu was there for Nathan as he adjusted to living in Port Charles again and helped him as he realized just how much Maxie’s life had changed.

Nathan might also suggest that part of him had already started to let Maxie go since he assumed she’d stay with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).

Whatever the case, Nathan will do his best to explain himself to Maxie and hope that he can offer some comfort.

However, the real reason Nathan was able to move on so quickly may involve his true identity.

There are definitely some warning signs to suggest this isn’t the real Nathan after all, so that’s worth keeping in mind!

Next, Cody will question Dante about his previous relationship with Lulu and when he figured out she was the woman for him.

That obviously changed later, but Cody will still view Dante and Lulu’s love story as one to celebrate.

Dante may realize Cody’s falling fast and hard for Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and give him some advice.

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will give Molly some guidance as well now that she’s told Cody about her endometriosis.

That’s a new challenge to navigate, but Cody seems committed to supporting Molly in any way that she’ll let him.

Over with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), he’ll stop by Carly’s attic to deliver a proposition and a warning.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will be on the receiving end of both of those things.

Jason may offer to let Valentin hitch a ride to Canada if he wants to join the escape plot.

Since Jason intends on fleeing with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), he might propose safe passage for Valentin, too.

However, Valentin already told Carly that he wouldn’t leave her vulnerable to their foes.

Carly can’t handle all this alone, so Valentin may decline if Jason tries to help with a getaway.

Regardless, Jason will make it clear that Valentin had better not let any harm come to Carly.

If Carly gets injured or worse, Jason will promise to come after Valentin and make him pay the price.

At GH, Britt will share some humorous moments with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and show some admiration for him.

Lucas is putting a lot on the line along with Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo), who plans to make another attempt to steal a medicine vial for Britt.

While Britt waits on Marco to come through, she’ll encounter Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and perhaps offer some clues about her imminent farewell to Port Charles.

If Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) happens to be hanging around, he could overhear too much at some point.

General Hospital spoilers say Britt and Jason’s escape strategy will get thrown off track sooner or later, so stay tuned.
