General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday, March 4: Britt Fights to Save Delilah & Baby – Ava Catches Carly & Sidwell

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, March 4, reveal that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will do everything in her power to help Delilah (Lily Cardone) and her unborn child. Ava Jerome (Maura West) will also get the wrong idea at Wyndemere, so let’s discuss what fans can look forward to.

For starters, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) just found a safe at the castle, but it won’t be long until Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) returns.

That’ll force Carly to get back to pretending she doesn’t have ulterior motives for this visit.

Ava will eventually come along and could perhaps wonder if Sidwell has found yet another romantic partner.

GH fans will see Ava draw a mistaken conclusion about Carly’s connection to Sidwell, who’ll eventually admit they’re plotting something and ask Ava to join in.

Carly will assure Ava that it’s going to be unforgettable, so she’ll no doubt be talking about the dinner party that Sidwell wants to throw.

Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will put Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) through a grilling session and will seem skeptical about his answers.

In Carly’s attic, Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) will slip up there for another private meeting with her dad.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will promise that he’s working on something, but he’ll push Charlotte to be patient in the meantime.

Josslyn will ultimately stop by Carly’s house and get alerted to someone’s presence there.

Once Josslyn draws her weapon, she’ll apparently head for the attic and burst right through the door.

Will Josslyn find Valentin alone or with Charlotte?

Either way, there’s a good chance Valentin is about to get caught under Carly’s roof, so Josslyn will expect some answers.

At Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) place, she’ll seek an answer of her own now that she’s asked Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to move in.

Will Curtis go along with the idea? Could Curtis notice Jordan’s nearby pregnancy test at some point or will she manage to conceal it?

At GH, Delilah’s emergency C-section will move forward ASAP.

Britt will let Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) know that if there’s any chance of saving this mother and her baby, she has to operate NOW!

Unfortunately, Britt’s efforts may not be enough to save Delilah.

All signs point to Delilah’s baby pulling through, but Delilah herself may bleed out on the operating table.

Britt may crumble over her lost patient in the aftermath since Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Budig) is about to spot her in a moment of vulnerability.

Next, a mystery character will spy Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) intimate-looking scene, so another kiss may be brewing.

Could Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) get a sneak peek of the news Lulu will share later this week or will someone else witness the shocker?
