General Hospital Week of March 2 Update: Nathan & Lulu Busted, Maxie’s True Feelings, Britt’s Sad Setback

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of March 2-6 indicate that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will get caught looking cozy before Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) clarifies her stance.

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) also has some difficulties ahead of her, so more challenges are looming on the ABC soap.

When Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) confides in Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell), he may open up about the problems in his relationship with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

The Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shooting investigation has definitely taken a toll on Dante and Michael’s bond, but Dante ultimately did admit he believed in his brother’s innocence.

After Dante calls Michael and asks to speak with him, he may admit the PCPD’s backing off Michael as a suspect.

In fact, Dante may doubt there’ll ever be conviction since this case has taken too many wrong turns.

As for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), they’ll step up when a scary crisis strikes.

Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will also react to a proposition from someone.

It may be Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) who asks Kai if she’ll work for her just like he worked for Drew.

Kai may view this as a way to stay close to the situation and look out for his former boss.

Drew certainly isn’t Kai’s favorite person, but he knows Willow’s the shooter and that she could still be dangerous.

While Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) shares some important info with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) plan will get derailed.

It seems Marco will run into trouble on his mission to swipe a medication dose for Britt, so she’ll get bad news along with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will catch Britt in a moment where she’s crumbling, so she’ll see Britt’s softer side and perhaps try to help.

Jason will also be there for Britt in her time of need and promise they’re going to figure this out.

Over with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), she’ll take advantage of an opportunity.

Trina might make an effort to get to know Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) since she’s now willing to accept Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) relationship with him.

At Wyndemere, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may realize there’s indeed still a passageway that leads to the wine cellar and catacombs.

However, Carly may not be alone long enough to score entrance and search for more answers.

Regardless, Carly will be thrown for a loop after doing a little eavesdropping.

Will Carly uncover some shocking revelations after listening to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) talk to Ross Cullum (Adrian Anchondo) or Pascal (Marc Forget)?

Next, Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) suspicions will be raised.

Will Josslyn suspect Carly is poking her nose where it doesn’t belong and worry she’ll land in grave danger?

Whatever the case, Josslyn will turn to Jason for help while someone makes a startling discovery elsewhere.

GH spoilers say a mysterious character will spy Lulu and Nathan in a rather intimate-looking moment.

Nathan and Lulu might get caught kissing, so could Maxie spot them and know what’s coming when Lulu asks to speak with her?

Maxie is going to spell out exactly where she stands and may surprise Lulu if she immediately offers her blessing.

Since Maxie is happy with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) now, she may see no reason why Nathan can’t find similar happiness with Lulu.

Finally, Nathan will push Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to accept that he’s moving on from Maxie.

Of course, Obrecht may flip out all over again when she realizes Lulu is the new woman in Nathan’s life!

General Hospital spoilers say Liesl may still have a few tricks up her sleeve when it comes to meddling in Nathan’s love life.
