General Hospital Spoilers: 5 New Couples Shake Up Port Charles – Which Romances Survive and Thrive?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that some complicated love stories may be brewing. Five new couples could take center stage in the coming months, so let’s talk about which pairings GH writers may be laying the groundwork for.

1) Elizabeth and Dante

We should start with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) since they’ve been downright sparkly in their shared scenes.

Liz and Dante got fans’ attention by being almost flirty with each other at the hospital recently.

By the time they parted ways, it seemed like Dante was contemplating a romance with Elizabeth.

The show may be pushing Liz and Dante as a new pairing, so we’ll see whether these two have a future or if Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) might get in the way.

2) Lulu and Nathan

Now that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has chosen Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and set Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) free, Nathan is hopeful about exploring a romance with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

Once Lulu gets past her doubts, she should let herself fall even harder for Nathan.

You can bet Nathan will do the same, but some obstacles are brewing – like Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) disapproval and the fact that this may not even be the real Nathan!

3) Tracy and Martin

When the blizzard brought Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) together, it was perhaps a bit of romantic kismet.

Based on Martin and Tracy’s conversation about their love lives that night, the writing’s on the wall for them to become a couple sooner or later.

Of course, Tracy is stubborn and not someone who’s easy to win over.

Martin has plenty of issues with Tracy left to resolve as well, but these two have all the makings of a messy slow-burn romance that could delight viewers.

4) Justine and Sonny

ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are obviously headed down a romantic route of their own.

Justine slapped Sonny and made it clear that they couldn’t kiss again, but we all know they will!

There’s still some manipulation involved, but there are some real feelings in play, too.

Justine and Sonny will have a tough path to navigate, so we’ll see if they can overcome the hurdles and find happiness.

5) Kristina and Jacinda

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) has been stuck to Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) like glue for a while now, so we have to believe the show’s got bigger plans than making them BFFs.

Kristina has become Jacinda and Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) biggest cheerleader in recent months, but perhaps she’s burying her true attraction to Jacinda.

When Kristina spotted Michael and Jacinda on their date recently, she had a rather strange look on her face.

Some fans suspected it could be jealousy, so the show may be positioning Kristina as Jacinda’s next love interest.

Jacinda has some insecurities when it comes to her relationship with Michael, so Kristina may be the one to pick up the pieces if Jacinda’s fears about a Michael split are proven right.
