General Hospital Thursday, February 26 Update: Drew Curveball Blindsides Alexis – Ezra’s Delivery Enrages Laura

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, February 26, indicate that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will be caught off guard, so that may tie in with news related to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and who’ll replace him in Congress.

Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) will also deliver a message from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) that’s going to leave Laura Collins (Genie Francis) livid.

GH fans know Sidwell has blackmail evidence that he’s holding over Laura’s head.

Ezra is being forced to serve as a go-between, so he’ll urge Laura to see that they’re both stuck in situations they don’t like.

As for what Sidwell will want Laura to do, he’ll most likely demand a press conference and force Mayor Collins to support Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) as the right person to slide in Drew’s Congress seat.

Laura was planning on giving Alexis’ name since the governor asked for a recommendation, but that plan may be derailed thanks to Sidwell and his minion.

Ezra may push Laura to just do what she’s told and avoid stirring up more trouble.

Alexis will catch up with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) at the law office, where Diane will talk about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) deserving a warning.

Alexis will consider filling Sonny in on something, but her attention should be on Laura’s announcement soon.

Imagine Alexis’ shock when Laura doesn’t announce her name as planned!

Alexis will inevitably be left reeling if Laura insists Willow should carry out the rest of her husband’s term.

Willow may be upset over how fast things are moving since she didn’t formally agree to anything yet.

However, Sidwell will corner Willow in a menacing moment and make it clear that she has no choice in the matter.

Willow will seem rather rattled as Sidwell forces her to step up as Congresswoman Cain or else she could suffer the consequences.

Next, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will talk to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) interrogating him.

Although Jason has to get Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) out of danger first, he’ll remain determined to wipe Cullum off the map as soon as possible.

After Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) checks in with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) at GH, he’ll play up how he’s going to grant a wish for her.

That may involve Portia’s desire to make amends with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and get her to accept that she’s moving on with Isaiah.

General Hospital spoilers say Trina won’t be pleased when Isaiah shows up looking for her approval, but that won’t stop him from trying to prove he’s a good guy at heart.
