General Hospital Preview Week of February 23: Lucas’ Britt Rescue – Justine & Sonny Kiss – Chase Drama Explodes
General Hospital (GH)’s video preview for the week of February 23-27 indicates that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will concoct a plan to save Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), while ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) seemingly will share a kiss.
Plus, the drama surrounding Harrison Chase (Joshua Swickard) and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) house key will explode.
General Hospital just dropped its promo for the week of February 23, and there is a lot to unpack about the video, so let’s get into it!
The GH preview opens with Lucas arriving at the Wyndemere mansion, greeted by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).
As the scenes shift, Lucas is shown at the hospital with Britt, as he tells her, “We can’t get away from Sidwell until I can get you out!”
Britt looks genuinely shocked at what Lucas is saying, and that he’s sticking his neck out for her like this, so it sounds like Lucas has a rescue plan for both of them.
But as Sidwell knows that Lucas was listening to a conversation he was having with Marco, thanks to Pascal (Marc Forget), will the doctor’s scheme hit a snag?
This is the land of Port Charles; these types of plots never go as planned!
As the General Hospital promo continues, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is looking quite serious as she asks her husband, Chase, “What did you actually do?”
A close-up is then shown of Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). Chase replies to Brook Lynn with, “I just want to see justice served.”
The next scene is of Michael punching Chase in the Q mansion, as Brook Lynn gasps in the background, and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) places his hand over his face in disappointment.
It sounds like the proverbial poop is about to hit the fan between this super couple, as Chase’s evidence tampering in the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shooting is about to surface.
While Chase didn’t plant Drew’s key on Michael Corinthos’s (Rory Gibson) keychain, he did steal the keys to see if Drew’s home key was on it – without telling anyone.
He also prompted Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) to look at Michael’s keys, so Chase, unfortunately, looks very guilty.
As the GH preview wraps up, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) can be heard in a voiceover as a scene between Justine and Sonny plays out.
Jordan states, “Sonny may care about you, as long as you don’t get in his way,” – just as Sonny is about to lay a kiss on the acting district attorney.
General Hospital spoilers hint that it looks like Sonny and Justine will finally enjoy a lip lock during the week of February 23-27, but will anything else happen between these two?
