“OMG!! Drew is NOT Drew”. The Real Drew Returns, Exposes Imposter Who Married Willow? GH spoilers

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that the real Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may return and expose the imposter who married Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen). Willow caused her husband’s stroke, but what if the man she tied the knot with isn’t really Drew at all?

It’s no secret that Drew has been behaving completely out of character for quite some time – at least he was until Willow incapacitated him with that syringe and the stroke crisis that followed.

Now Drew’s doctors aren’t hopeful that he’ll ever make a full recovery, so Willow’s plan has paid off.

With Drew out of commission like this, maybe it’s a good time to deliver a twist and shake up this GH storyline.

Ever since Drew started acting like a totally different guy, fans have wondered if he’s even the real Drew anymore.

It’s possible that an imposter was swapped in, especially since Drew started behaving this way after he got out of Pentonville.

That was when Drew first started going off the rails, so it’d be easy to rewrite it so the real Drew was snatched and replaced with an evil lookalike.

Considering all the shadiness going on with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Director Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) partnership, there’s the potential for a Drew imposter to fit in that story.

There was previously plenty of buzz about clones maybe being involved, so there’s a chance that a Drew clone married Willow.

Anything is possible in the world of soaps where imposters have been known to create so many messes over the years.

Drew’s going to be immobile and will struggle to speak for who knows how long!

Even if Drew makes a miraculous recovery somewhere down the line, there’s room for another Drew to reenter the picture in the meantime.

It could bring questions that imposter Drew can’t answer in his current state and force the returning Drew to prove he’s the real deal!

Perhaps the real Drew could escape captivity and expose some lab experiments that he was forced into.
