General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday, January 20: Drew’s Fate After Willow’s Syringe Shocker – Britt’s Surprise for Jason

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, January 20, reveal that fans will see Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) fate after Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) syringe shocker.

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also have a surprise for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), so here’s what viewers can expect.

At GH, Britt will tell Jason that she has something she wants to show him.

Jason will smirk and raise an eyebrow over Britt’s hint before she leads him somewhere private.

Britt may finally collect the kiss she won during their hatchet-throwing outing since she’s about to ask Jason to go on another date with her.

Unfortunately, WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) is about to deliver some instructions that could lead to trouble for Britt and Jason’s budding relationship.

Meanwhile, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will deal with a patient’s medical crisis.

Now that Willow has jabbed Drew with a syringe, will he be rushed to the hospital for treatment?

If this is real and not a fantasy, Willow may ultimately have to call 911 – just to play the role of a scared wife who wants to help her husband.

Someone might even stop by the house and lead to Willow calling for paramedics in front of them.

Whatever the case, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will ultimately tell Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that Drew got what he had coming.

“Karma’s a bitch! It finally came for Drew,” Tracy insists in the preview clip.

We know that Lucas will deliver updates on some crushing news by midweek, so could he reveal that Scout Cain’s (Cosette Abinante) dad is in a coma or worse?

Will Drew survive Willow’s syringe and the medical complications that’ll follow?

Over with Stella Henry (Vernee Watson), she’ll shut down Isaiah Gannon’s (Sawandi Wilson) attempt to speak with her.

Stella won’t be interested in divulging any family-related information since Isaiah is an outsider.

“That’s a family matter – and you are not family!” Stella declares in Tuesday’s preview video.

As for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), she’ll open up to Ava Jerome (Maura West), but just how much will she share?

Will Trina trust Ava with the whole truth – including the part about Willow’s guilt – or just focus on her feelings about her parents’ divorce instead?

Next, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will warn ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) that it’d be a big mistake to go after Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

Justine may act all tough like she’s not scared of Sonny, but he’ll indeed manage to intimidate her a bit.

Nevertheless, ADA Turner may be a bigger problem for Sonny than he anticipated in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, Michael will provoke Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) by asking how long until Chase is back in Willow’s bed.

Chase will deck Michael, who’ll strike back and turn this into a full-blown brawl at the Quartermaine mansion!
