General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) secret will be exposed, so Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will lose it over the monster leaving Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) for dead.
GH fans will recall that Ned had a fierce faceoff with Drew outside Bobbie’s, where Ned was in visible distress.
Ned’s heart attack led to him having severe pains and struggling to breathe, so he keeled over right in front of Drew.
However, Drew acted like Ned was faking it and chose to walk away instead of calling 911.
Ned could’ve died if Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) hadn’t found him soon after.
Emma was able to summon Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), who also played a key role in helping Ned survive.
Ned was thankfully rushed to GH and got the surgery he needed, so his recovery has been going well.
Although Ned has kept his mouth shut so far about Drew’s actions, that may not be the case for much longer.
Ned might let something slip and ultimately admit exactly what happened that day.
One way or another, both Tracy and Olivia will end up fuming over this disturbing Drew news.
Tracy will most definitely want to retaliate against Drew, but it’ll be Olivia who goes after Drew first.
Olivia will inevitably rip into Drew with everything she’s got and perhaps warn that he’ll get what’s coming to him eventually.
As for Tracy, she’ll be especially livid since she found Drew and saved his life the night of the shooting.
When it’s Tracy’s turn to put Drew on full blast, she may insist she should’ve just left him for dead the way he left Ned!
Even if Drew genuinely believed Ned was faking his heart attack, he should’ve stuck around long enough to find out for certain.
Drew made a bad situation even worse and left Ned helpless on the ground, so he deserves to face Tracy and Olivia’s wrath.
