General Hospital Week of December 29: Anthony Geary New Year’s Tribute – Willow’s Risky Behavior – Sidwell’s Party Fallout

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of December 29-January 2 reveal that the show will honor Anthony Geary (Luke Spencer) with a New Year’s tribute. Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) risky behavior could also get her into trouble while fans see some Wyndemere party fallout.

For starters, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will continue to fume over Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) botching things in court, especially since he’s looking at extortion charges now.

Drew decided to strip away Alexis’ access to Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) over the holidays, but Willow clearly isn’t a fan of that decision.

It looks like Willow may challenge Drew on that and could rile him up if she pushes too hard.

Plus, Willow may offer Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) her sympathy now that he’s been suspended from the PCPD.

Of course, Willow will inevitably want to thank Chase as well, so their closeness could become a source of jealousy for Drew if they aren’t careful.

Since it seems likely Willow really did shoot Drew, it’ll be risky to do anything that might rock the boat in their romance.

One wrong move could lead to a memory trigger and leave Willow in serious trouble if she actually fired at Drew that night.

However, GH writers may hold off on letting Drew have total recall.

It seems more likely that Drew’s going to change his mind about listening to Alexis, so he may plan to lie about remembering that Michael shot him.

That’s especially true now that Alexis has a letter revealing that Michael was at Drew’s house and that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) saw him that night.

Alexis will have a new angle for her defense strategy, so Drew may think it’s the perfect way to set up his fake shooter memory.

In the meantime, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will deal with the aftermath of all the courtroom secrets she spilled.

Since Portia confessed to changing Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) lab results, her future at GH could be in jeopardy.

Portia will also have to worry about whether she can convince Trina Robinson (Tabayna Ali) to mend their broken bond.

Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) will support Portia in the midst of all this, so she may become even more hopeful that the eventual paternity test will reveal he’s the father.

As for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he’ll lean on Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) for comfort and open up about this tricky baby situation.

Following Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) swanky party at Wyndemere, fans may see some wild fallout.

There’ll be some unexpected curveballs along the way, so GH fans will want to stay tuned for any castle chaos that might break out.

Although Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is currently being held captive on Spoon Island, she won’t give up on finding a way out of this nightmare!

There may be some new developments as Anna perhaps tries to trick Pascal (Marc Forget) and get the upper hand.

We should also discuss a very special encore that’ll air on Thursday, January 1. Since Anthony Geary recently passed away, the show will replay Luke Spencer’s Port Charles sendoff episode from July 2015 in memory of him.
