General Hospital Friday, December 19 Update: Brad & Britt Arrested – Drew Faces Shooter Question on the Stand
General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, December 19, reveals that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will face a shooter question on the stand while Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) deal with a disaster.
At Café Cherie, Britt and Brad have found themselves in quite a predicament.
Since neither of them has money to pay for all the expensive items they just ordered, Brad and Britt will have to figure out their next move.
Brad will think maybe they can call someone for help, but he surely won’t want to call Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).
Britt probably won’t want to summon Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) either, but she might consider reaching out to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
However, Nina may have her phone on silent since she’s been in court.
If Britt can’t get Nina over there to pay the bill, she might suggest they should just make a run for it.
Britt and Brad might bail on the check before making their way back to her room above Bobbie’s.
Brad and Britt are going to continue their gab fest there, but trouble could be brewing if they were recognized at Café Cherie.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will arrest two characters before Friday’s show wraps up, so it won’t be surprising if Britt and Brad end up in legal hot water!
At Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) apartment, she’ll try to steer Jason away from the victim mentality he has regarding Britt.
Josslyn will think Britt is just as guilty as the others involved in this Cesar Faison (Anders Hoves) project, but Jason won’t have the same perspective.
Jason will have a warning to pass along and may urge Josslyn to be careful when it comes to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).
Josslyn will make a vow on Friday’s GH episode and may insist she can take care of herself since her eyes are wide open.
At Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) house, she’ll have another fierce outburst.
Brennan will be on the receiving end of it before he crosses paths with Nina outside.
Of course, Brennan will point out that things went Nina’s way regarding the latest evidence against Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).
The prosecution no longer has the original traffic cam footage, so Brennan clearly did what Nina asked of him.
Now it’ll be time for Nina to keep her end of the bargain and exploit her bond with Charlotte.
Brennan is counting on Nina to quiz Charlotte and share any information about her contact with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Speaking of Valentin, he’ll bicker with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and make it clear that she needs to assume the worst of Brennan.
Even when Brennan does something positive, Valentin feels like there’s always going to be an ulterior motive behind it.
Valentin will also push Carly to be mindful of the other people Brennan could target.
If this scheme heads south and Brennan retaliates, he could go after Carly’s family members.
It looks like Valentin will remind Carly of that fact and acknowledge just how high the stakes are.
Meanwhile, Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) will show off his supportive side and most likely dote on Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) at the cabin.
In the courtroom, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will take the stand, so she’ll face some tricky grilling sessions as a result.
Drew will also serve as a witness, so ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) will flat-out ask Congressman Cain if he remembers who shot him.
Although Drew doesn’t recall who pulled the trigger yet, he may find ways to point the finger at Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) anyway.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) warned against that, but Drew tends to do whatever he wants!
General Hospital spoilers say all eyes will be on Drew as he testifies, so we’ll bring you updates on all the latest trial news.
