When Dannielle Merrifield’s story first began playing out on Seeking Sister Wife, viewers struggled. They could tell she had no interest in taking on a sister wife and had many jealousy issues. Moreover, her husband, Garrick Merrifield, was constantly pushing her to the side for his own selfish needs. Yet, she did whatever he wanted to stay with him, including pursuing multiple women. They divorced so Garrick could marry their ultimate sister wife, and after several seasons, ended up being a Brazilian woman named Lorrana. Although Dannielle has shed many tears, she acts as if this is the life she has always wanted.
Fans have long wanted better for the mother of three, but she doesn’t seem to care. Therefore, Dannielle received a lot of backlash, much like Sister Wives star Robyn Brown, whom TLC viewers dislike. They feel she is the reason that the Brown family fell apart, and everyone is estranged. However, Dannielle recently came to Robyn’s defense via social media. She said Robyn does care for her former sister wives and really felt “heartbroken” when the OG3 departed. Furthermore, Dannielle stated that TLC only shows a fraction of their lives, so everyone should remember that before judging.
