General Hospital (GH) update for Wednesday, October 8, hints that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will worry about evidence tampering, while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will be handed a new and important WSB assignment.
Josslyn will have a meeting with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) at the WSB headquarters in Port Charles during the October 8 show.
Brennan has a key assignment for her now that she’s back in town, so it looks like more danger is on the horizon for the rookie agent.
In addition, she’ll continue her conversation with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) at the hospital.
During the October 7 episode, the doctor blackmailed Josslyn over her new superspy job.
Joss is desperate to keep her WSB agent status from her mom, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), and as Britt knows all about it, and decided to take advantage of the situation.
Britt wants a swanky hotel suite at the Metro Court to keep her lips sealed, so it sounds like Joss will agree to organize (and pay) for the room.
With that said, GH fans need to brace for Joss to issue a warning against Britt on Wednesday’s show.
After all, how would Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) feel if he found out his “friend” was blackmailing his Goddaughter?
Speaking of Carly, she’ll panic during today’s episode. It sounds like she’ll worry about being labeled a prime suspect in Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting.
As such, Carly will decide to have a chat with Elizabeth “Liz” Webber (Rebecca Herbst).
After all, Liz heard Carly threaten Drew’s life recently, so Carly may ask the nurse what she told the police about the incident.
Carly’s not only fretting about her own freedom, but her son, Michael Corinthos’s (Rory Gibson), too, so it sounds like she’s getting all the information she can to fully assess the situation.
Meanwhile, Anna will also have concerns over Drew’s shooting case, as she attempted to search the Quartermaine mansion during the October 7 episode.
However, the new homeowner, Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) stopped the entire thing as the search warrant the PCPD presented her had the wrong address on it.
During General Hospital’s October 8 episode, Anna will express her worries to Harrison Chase (Joshua Swickard) about evidence possibly being tampered with, now that Michael and the rest of the Qs know the police are interested in searching the premises.
Still, Chase may find a solution to Anna’s problem, as added teasers imply that he’ll have a revelation during today’s show.
Over at the hospital, Willow will confess something to Drew.
She’ll be working a shift when she goes to see the congressman to tell him she hasn’t been honest with him.
Willow will be quite upset about something during the October 8 episode, so what exactly has her in a tizzy, and what has she been hiding from him where she feels as if she needs to spill the beans?
Finally, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will talk.
Curtis will fill Portia in on what Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) told him about the PCPD zeroing in on a suspect and share his theory that the police may have found Drew’s blackmailing documents.
The two may talk strategy about what to do next; however, the irony is that those papers are the least of their concerns at this point, as Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) destroyed this evidence the night of Drew’s shooting.
With that said, will she tell him about her positive pregnancy test?
General Hospital spoilers suggest Portia may remain hush-hush for a while, about expecting a bundle of joy, that is, unless Curtis spies the test, before she has a chance to organize her thoughts (and story!)
