On 1000 Lb Sisters, Amy went to New Orleans with her family for a trip. During the trip, Amy surprised everyone by suggesting a voodoo cleansing session. She felt curious and excited, so she took Brian and Misty with her. Amy said she and Brian wanted to cleanse their souls before getting married, which is why visiting a voodoo priestess felt special. When they went into the room, there was a strong energy.
The priestess led Amy through the ceremony and asked her to walk across flames. Amy joked nervously at first, but realized it was symbolic. Kellie also saw the centerpieces Amy chose for her wedding, which left Kellie a bit surprised. She described them as “eccentric” and very different from traditional wedding decorations.
